With Pay As You Go, there is no monthly subscription. Instead, FreightHawk charges 10% of the total dollar amount recovered on each claim that is marked as paid. If a claim is denied or withdrawn, you owe nothing. This model is ideal for shippers with irregular claim volume who want to align costs directly with outcomes.
No. Starter and Professional are flat monthly subscriptions — we never take a cut of your recoveries on those plans. What you win, you keep. The percentage model is opt-in via the Pay As You Go tier only.
